Deceptive and Fraudulent Tactics I recently purchased certified used 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Salesman (Samantha)was really pushing me to buy used instead of new. And to entice the offer I recently purchased certified used 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Salesman (Samantha)was really pushing me to buy used instead of new. And to entice the offer stated they would throw in running boards, leather and Auto Butler. Needless to say, I took the offer. Even signed a vehicle due bill for the work to be done free of charge. Somehow I overlooked it in contract and realized after I got home they charged me for parts and installation. I’ve messaged Tracy Toyota and they never get back to me. Is that how you treat people? I am a decorated disabled veteran and they kept telling me they would take care of me. Plus thanked me for my service. I retired this past year with 17 years of service to my country and my gift to myself was supposed to be my dream car. Instead it has turned out to be a horrible experience. One that is supposed to be joyful. I completely regret doing business with this dealership. Their tactics are fraudulent and totally wrong. Please stay away from this dealership. If they treat combat veterans like this...they probably treat you like this. More

This screwed up on a regular maintenance I am very disappointed of this dealership, they have very low quality technicians that perform maintenance on brand new cars.
