I love my new RAV4! 😍 However, my experience at Tracy Toyota was a bit odd… 😶 I called ahead to confirm that the specific RAV4 I was interested in was still available 😍 However, my experience at Tracy Toyota was a bit odd… 😶 I called ahead to confirm that the specific RAV4 I was interested in was still available and was told that it was. But after driving 1hr+ from the Bay Area, we were informed upon arrival that one of the A/C vents had broken and the vehicle was no longer available to view—definitely a strange situation 🤔 They did show me other very similar models (same trim, color, and mileage), but at slightly higher prices. Given the circumstances, it would’ve been appreciated if the manager offered a better discount 😬 especially after the drive and the miscommunication. Our salesperson, Jesus, was great (5 stars to him) friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering all our questions. Unfortunately, the experience with the finance representative wasn’t as positive. When he came over to ask a question about the title and my husband tried to follow up with another question, his body language clearly showed irritation. Maybe he was having a rough day, but it didn’t come off as good customer service 🤨 But I’m happy with my new car 😍 More

Due to some complications on my end it took a little longer than expected. But Alberto worked with my husband and I non stop and really helped me achieve my goal of getting my dream car. He worked very hard to help me and we worked everything out nicely. He knew how important getting the 4runner was for me and knew it was that car or no car. We drove down there twice and each time we were treated great and with respect. From the test drive, I knew it was the car for me. Without Alberto's persistence, patience, and determination I would have not walked away with my car. He didn't stop until it was all finished, and I am so grateful for that. My husband and I know for a fact if we hadn't gotten him it wouldn't have happened. I would recommend anyone to come to Tracy Toyota and make sure you work with Alberto when looking for your next car. If we want a new car in the future, we will be sure to come back. He's not your typical pushy cars salesman and that was such a relief as I felt he truly understood what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't want.
