Talking to my wife over the phone, she is at this Dealership at this time having a tire replaced. This Bill Webber is being nothing but a sarcastic jerk towards her. She had a screw in her tire and t Dealership at this time having a tire replaced. This Bill Webber is being nothing but a sarcastic jerk towards her. She had a screw in her tire and the tire was leaking air. She was close to transit town dodge,Jeep so she pulled in to be safe. We purchased the Jeep at north town dodge, Jeep. Bill told her that she needed a new tire and that it would cost 175.00. She explained that we purchased the road and tire hazard and he sarcastically told her it wasn’t in the computer. After asking 3 times to get into her glove box in her vehicle she was able to produce the contract that provided the information. He then asked her why she didn’t go to her dealership of where she purchased the vehicle. I will never refer transit town dodge, Jeep to anyone because the personal treatment was unsatisfactory. More
