Too much time at dealership I came in for an oil change and a tailgate recall on my 2018 Ram. It took over 2 hours to complete the work that should have been only an hour. I did make the appointment 3 weeks in advance, I did not just stop by. Last oil change was same thing. I came in for a routine oil change and had an inspection done. I was there for over 2 hours again. I live in Brockport. It takes almost an hour to get there. We have been sold on Transitowne Mitsu since 2015 when my wife got her first vehicle. I'm not sure the Dodge side has been a good idea. I work at a medium duty truck dealership in Rochester. On our diesel trucks it takes 1-1/2 hours to do a full service. Gas vehicles have less to do during oil changes. Why am I wasting all this time at the dealer? More

Talking to my wife over the phone, she is at this Dealership at this time having a tire replaced. This Bill Webber is being nothing but a sarcastic jerk towards her. She had a screw in her tire and the tire was leaking air. She was close to transit town dodge,Jeep so she pulled in to be safe. We purchased the Jeep at north town dodge, Jeep. Bill told her that she needed a new tire and that it would cost 175.00. She explained that we purchased the road and tire hazard and he sarcastically told her it wasn’t in the computer. After asking 3 times to get into her glove box in her vehicle she was able to produce the contract that provided the information. He then asked her why she didn’t go to her dealership of where she purchased the vehicle. I will never refer transit town dodge, Jeep to anyone because the personal treatment was unsatisfactory.
