Dealer won't fix repair agreed upon before purchase BUYER BEWARE!!! Transitowne is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My useless salesman promised to have their shop fix a thumpin BUYER BEWARE!!! Transitowne is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. My useless salesman promised to have their shop fix a thumping noise before I picked it up and he didn't. I went back twice for 2 hours and then 4 hours and they still can't find the problem. The idiot general manager then told me that they can't find a problem and its not that bad so just dive it and maybe it will go away. This is on a certified vehicle with less than 50000 miles. So now I have a car that has something wrong with it and the dealer won't stand behind it. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. More

Promised option not included Bad Transitowne Dodge Jeep Experience As you may know, i just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. I selected to purchase a Jeep Wrangler from Transitowne Bad Transitowne Dodge Jeep Experience As you may know, i just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. I selected to purchase a Jeep Wrangler from Transitowne Jeep on Transit, one that the new Sales rep said the radio had Bluetooth phone connectivity. This option was critical to my purchase decision. We agreed on a price and went through the paperwork and finance and I purchased the vehicle. After the purchase, I went to my new Wrangler and started it up. I asked how to pair the Bluetooth and the Sr. Sales rep, his 'mentor', said "Oh, this doesn't have Bluetooth, but it can be installed". It was almost 8pm and I had been there since ~3p so I was eager to get home and left. The next day the sales rep called and said that they could install the Bluetooth, and they'd pay half, the total being around $600. I told him that the best I could do was my half being $200. The rep called me back and said it was doable, that the parts were ~$400 and they'd take care of the labor/install/ We made an appointment to get it installed. I write this review now in the service area during my appointment after being told that after talking to his manager they can't do that, and we'll have to split the total cost, no labor being included, with a total of about $750. I'll now have to pay ~$375. I realize that I'm technically getting a "deal" (if you'd call it that) because normally the price would have been more to purchase the vehicle. I feel as if this otherwise great purchase has been tarnished. I need the option for my job, being on the road for work and needing to take calls hands-free. I'm not happy with this experience, and being out extra money, and this review is my recourse. More

Great cars, but the service is poor I got my Chevy Colbalt there in August. I LOVE my car, however, I've had some issues with the dealership. They charged me a "standard" fee on my contact if $65 to gas up my tank. The tank was half-full and from empty, it takes me $40 to fill. Not only that, but they charged me a registration fee. They TOLD me that the fee was to cover the cost of registration and that I'd only have to pay the balance if there was one. It turns out that this was THEIR fee to file my registration, so now I'm paying the DMV full price when I thought I'd already paid them something towards it. Furthermore, my check engine light came on only 9 days following purchase. When asked for a receipt to document the fact that there was a problem, they gave us a bit of resistance before giving us a receipt. They seem great at first, but they're your cliché used car salesmen. Keep an eye on your pocketbooks if you deal with them. More

There we met Kim Fernandez who was welcoming, friendly and appreciated our time. We found Kim to be an impressive salesperson that knew the vehicles both past and present (wow-rare today!). She clearly knew the features and capabilities of the various models and peaked our interest in buying a new Jeep. Although, this would be our 3rd purchased new Jeep, this time, we did consider other brand vehicles that were less costly. However, it was the friendly helpful attitute that Kim possessed driving us to purchase at TransitTowne. Kim and the Transitowne team worked above and beyond to meet our needs and made the process easy and very convenient. We will certainly recommend Transitowne to all our family and friends. More

Luckily the person who answered my call was Kim Fernandez. What an amazing personality this woman has. She also worked the numbers for me so I could afford to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I are delighted to have driven from Lyndonville, NY to seal the deal. We picked the car up the next day and have been loving it ever since. Kim also volunteered to help us move the vehicle from where we work in Cheektowaga to the dealership were new coatings are to be applied, since we work 2nd shift that was a tremendous help to us .Just goes to show you the Folks (Kim) at Transitown Dodge will go out of their way to make sure you are a Most Satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership and Kim as a wonderful salesperson to everyone I know. I am confident that what I saw on the floor would most likely translate to a good service dept. as well.
