There we met Kim Fernandez who was welcoming, friendly and appreciated our time. We found Kim to be an impressive salesperson that knew the vehicles both past and present (wow-rare today!). She clearly knew the features and capabilities of the various models and peaked our interest in buying a new Jeep. Although, this would be our 3rd purchased new Jeep, this time, we did consider other brand vehicles that were less costly. However, it was the friendly helpful attitute that Kim possessed driving us to purchase at TransitTowne. Kim and the Transitowne team worked above and beyond to meet our needs and made the process easy and very convenient. We will certainly recommend Transitowne to all our family and friends. More

Luckily the person who answered my call was Kim Fernandez. What an amazing personality this woman has. She also worked the numbers for me so I could afford to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I are delighted to have driven from Lyndonville, NY to seal the deal. We picked the car up the next day and have been loving it ever since. Kim also volunteered to help us move the vehicle from where we work in Cheektowaga to the dealership were new coatings are to be applied, since we work 2nd shift that was a tremendous help to us .Just goes to show you the Folks (Kim) at Transitown Dodge will go out of their way to make sure you are a Most Satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership and Kim as a wonderful salesperson to everyone I know. I am confident that what I saw on the floor would most likely translate to a good service dept. as well. Kim is the kind of sales representative that makes you not want to bother going anywhere else. I bought two vehicles from her on one day. A new RAM 1500 and a used Dodge minivan. She was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that matched my unusual requirements, and had it delivered from over 100 miles away. At this point I can't yet vouch for the Transitowne service department, but see Kim on the sales floor if you want a happy buying experience. More
I had 2 of my vehicles serviced by Tranisttown; they overcharged me and were extremely rude with every encounter I had had. Everyone in the waiting area was complaining as well. I am very impressed with my recent experience at Transitown. First starting with Travis allowing me the time to take the van and have my husband and I test drive the vehicle. We were able to look it over on our own which was instrumental in our decision to buy this vehicle. I appreciate the time he spent with me trying to create a deal for us to buy the Town and Country. My husband and I then came to the conclusion that leasing would be a better option for us. I came in on a Sunday, after reading the sales ad, and was greeted by Kim Fernandez who covers for Travis when he is not available. She was friendly and helpful and was very energenic as well. At this point I really knew what deal I wanted to make and she was very willing to listen to me. She was very direct and considerate. There was not a lot of back and forth that you sometimes experience at a dealership. The deal was quick and "painless" and she was able to get me a great lease on the van I really wanted. I am a very decisive person and I really appreciated that Kim respected that and did not try to use sales tactics or "work me over" as you sometimes dread at dealerships. I was blown away by the teamwork of both of my salespeople who obviously respect each other, something that is rare in a competitive field like car sales. When I came in to pick up my car I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently it was handled and both Travis and Kim were involved. I was planning on spending hours, as I did when my husband picked up his lease at a different dealer, instead we were out of there within an hour. The overall process was extremely impressive with Kim assuring me that between the auto start being installed and future oil changes we would continue to have a relationship with her as our sales person which is something I look forward to. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this dealership to any of my friends and family which I think says it all. More

Drove 65 miles from Rochester to discuss buying my car that they claimed that they were interested in. Had an appointment with two sales managers. My experience with sales person kimberlyn was terrific. She was very informative and not the typical pushy sales person. When she realized the car did not have GPS and could not be installed, she personally went and purchased a garmin GPS with the help of her manager John. It's been a great experience for me and would recommend Kim and this dealership.Diane More
