Then when i returned at 2pm they didn’t have my vehicle ready and i was very annoyed.... BUT They got the oil change done immediately and gave it to me on the house. He/she would simply say, the service dept is in the back of the building, and good luck (don’t forget come and see me when you are ready for a new car).
