Sevice for my truck Bill and his whole team are always so professional and treat me well. 12 years ago I had a terrible experience and left (what I thought was for good) Bill and his whole team are always so professional and treat me well. 12 years ago I had a terrible experience and left (what I thought was for good). But their patience and service brought me back through the bumps in the road. I can't say enough good things about Bill and Ted. On the other hand, up front. I have met more than 3 times and made over 8 calls to try to buy a used car from the. front of the store. They don't keep their notes, never called, didn't remember me, and couldn't find things that I had already found through car guru's, cars.com, and other places. VERY unprofessional. I will not buy a car from Transittowne (not new not other) because of the lack of professionalism, but I will bring the car I buy to service it at your world class service center. More

Tire replacement I was pleased that I could obtain same-day service---especially since I called the day after Christmas. I did have to opt for a "similar" tire, since I was pleased that I could obtain same-day service---especially since I called the day after Christmas. I did have to opt for a "similar" tire, since an exact replacement would've taken 2 days, and being from out of town, I had to leave prior to that.
