Oil change It was nice to not have to have an appointment to get my oil changed. Dodge journey I love my SUV and Catherine powers very nice and respectful sales person.. I was promised the dent on the hood would be fixed by the time I picked it I love my SUV and Catherine powers very nice and respectful sales person.. I was promised the dent on the hood would be fixed by the time I picked it up if I bought the Dodge Journey .. when I came a few days later to pick it up this was not done . I was told one of the body shop guys Brain didn’t have the right tool at that time to fix it. Catherine gave me his name and number and told me to set up a date with him he would fix it for me a trade numerous times to make an appointment with him to fix it..when he finally called me back he canceled the appointment We rescheduled when I called to tell him I’m on my way he said he had to leave early. I texted and called him again no answer never texted or called me back. When I went in for a oil change I talked to a Sale Manager told him the situation and he took my information said he would have him call me Brain never called me .. I was so frustrated I just gave up. I believe that’s what they want you to do. Sincerely, Krista More

Pick up car in worse shape then when I dropped it off. I had several things worked on while I was there. They called and said that the car was "all set" which I took to mean that they fixed everything... I had several things worked on while I was there. They called and said that the car was "all set" which I took to mean that they fixed everything... not the case. The replaced a running headlight with a white bulb (all the rest are yellow). They flushed the heater core and now it is by far worse they what it was before. Nobody told me that things were worse they just said that it was ready. When I filled out the online form to review the service they said a manager would get back to me... that was 2 weeks ago. I would go someplace else. More

Easy scheduling, timely repair. I needed to have service performed on a door issue. The dealer scheduled a timely appointment and addressed the issue. However when I was leaving I I needed to have service performed on a door issue. The dealer scheduled a timely appointment and addressed the issue. However when I was leaving I was told that a piece I requested was installed, when in fact it was not. It was documented on my email to service and also the paperwork. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Sourced on my own (interior door handle bezel). More
