Rip off I went in to take the Jeep Cherokee on a lease for 3 years and with an impeccable credit history and a score it should have been a cakewalk. The sales I went in to take the Jeep Cherokee on a lease for 3 years and with an impeccable credit history and a score it should have been a cakewalk. The sales manager, sales rep and I agreed on a certain price and my car was evaluated and documentation was all done, the NYS inspection done and insurance was also paid for the new car. My credit history was pulled and was approved. I went in to the finance manager chamber and right then the documentation quoted a higher price. When I asked why, the manager mentioned that this colour of the car cannot be given at that lower price but a few hours back that was the vehicle the sales manager mentioned I would get at the price mentioned. I was astonished to see how the manager has changed his words and he began to convince that this deal is really good and I shouldn't be backing off at this point as I already had done everything to get the new car.I had to get back all the documents I had signed and barge out of the showroom. Now I have a hard pull on my account for no good reason and an entire day spent doing nothing. The sales team here is horrible and the managment tries to rip you off your money.Please be aware of this!!!!! More

Broken hose clamp I was not pleased at all with the service. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix a hose clamp that was causing my brand new Je I was not pleased at all with the service. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix a hose clamp that was causing my brand new Jeep to overheat after only 225 miles. It took 3 and a half hours to fix. The broken hose clamp is still on the hose. My Jeep smells like antifreeze. I only had that new car smell for 225 miles. They offered nothing for my troubles. Very disappointed to say the least! More
