Used car Purcahsed with endless issues I purchased a 14 Buick Verano that had many problems the moment I brought it home. The salesperson knew the car’s blind side detection was broken but I purchased a 14 Buick Verano that had many problems the moment I brought it home. The salesperson knew the car’s blind side detection was broken but never got it fixed bc it was a “buick” issue. Most issues in this car were certainly ignored. I ended up complaining bc it should work when I buy the car so they fixed it (hopefully it lasts) but then the moment I got my car back the check engine light came on with even more issues. They either messed something up while fixing the initial problem or this car is a lemon. Overall, my sales guy had no desire to fix the issue so I went directly to management. I have been dealing with this for over 2 weeks now and I’m almost ready to return the car. I had to argue for a rental car since they had my car serviced for a few days. I will never buy a car from such a careless company ever again. Service department was helpful. Bill was very accommodating helping me get my car after issue #1. Terry Smith was very helpful from management to help me get my issues resolved. More
