I recently had major customer service and product quality issues that forced me to move on from there company and services. Since I have never ventured away from that brand I was skeptical choosing another. Massimo was fantastic! Not only was he very straight forward and honest, but he was able to get me exactly what I needed in my price point. He actually had me wait until a new month to take a chance it would have better options and he was spot on! This is the first time i have done a lease and Massimo explained everything perfectly. The service that I received was top notch and will tell anyone who will listen! More

Not the greatest The last time I went in for an oil change and have a recall fixed was not a great experience. I told the lady (Dawn ) behind the desk that I was going The last time I went in for an oil change and have a recall fixed was not a great experience. I told the lady (Dawn ) behind the desk that I was going to drop it off and to call me when it was done. She even confirmed my phone number. So I walked home, I don't live that far away, and waited for a call. Little before 8pm I walked back since I never got a call it was done. Lucky I did go back when I did because the service department was close as the rest of the dealership. But a few people where still around. A very nice girl Kimberlyn helped me get my truck. If it wasn't for her I would have been w/o it for the next day to get to work. I would have had to call out of work or ask someone to be late to work to help me. And now I just received another recall for my truck and I am not sure I want to bring it in for fear of the same thing happening again. More
