This is my first purchase with Jeep Dodge Ram dealership, my previous purchases were with the Hyundai dealership, but since they were purchased by West Herr we were quick to steer clear of that dealer ship...Our sales gal was direct and she was professional up and until the deal was approved, she wasn't very personable or friendly she was all business ..and 5 days later had no idea who I was when I walked into the showroom to get my 2nd fob... Even the satisfaction survey follow up was horrible. Made an appointment for a recall and an issue with the satellite radio. When I get there before even looking at the truck the woman (who’s name I forgot) tells me the wait for the satellite radio would be an additional 3 hours. I said I didn’t want to wait. So I called around for a ride back to my house. When I got a ride I go back tell them keep the truck and fix everything. They said it would take 3-4 hours. 6 hours later about an hour before they close they call tell me it’s done. I couldn’t get there til after hours to pick it up. The recall work was done but they never fixed the radio. The work order said working as expected. The moment I started the car the error was still in the screen! I received an email from the dealership asking about my experience. I replied to the email and stated what happened and that I was hesitant to take my truck back and lose it for another day after what happened. I received a reply simply saying sorry and I’ll talk to my manager about it. Never heard from them again. More

Easiest Car Buying Experience I have had I was at Transitowne to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude, in stock, when I we met with Massimo "Max" Martinucci. He resonated with me si I was at Transitowne to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude, in stock, when I we met with Massimo "Max" Martinucci. He resonated with me since he indicated he had in the past found an brought in vehicles for other customers, which I knew would be something I may need since I was looking for a specific model and color, I knew wasn't in any local dealers. He indicated he didn't like to play games, and would work for me, and when we came to a decision to buy, we decided with Transitowne. Max sent numbers through email, we could not get at another dealer we had went to previously. He met us within our range for the vehicle we were going to trade in, without seeing the vehicle in person. He found the vehicle we wanted outside of Pittsburgh and brought it in for us. Too long for service I took my Jeep in for service because the "check gauges" light was on. When I took it in the radiator had no antifreeze/coolant in it. They were going I took my Jeep in for service because the "check gauges" light was on. When I took it in the radiator had no antifreeze/coolant in it. They were going to check the gasket/cylinder heads and repair it. I thought 3 days. A week would have even been okay. But it took them 4 weeks to fix my Jeep. Bill Webber the service attendant was very professional though and kept in contact with me about any progress on my vehicle's repair. More than one repair person should have been able to attend to my vehicle to repair it in about a week not 4 weeks time. I also had to have a rental during this time and it turned out to be a very costly length of time. More
Bad mechanics Brought my vehicle in for oil change and thermostat replacement and got my vehicle with oil leaking ,bolts missing and coolant filled to the top. Drove away and smelled burning figured oil was all over had to burn off . Week later still doing it noticed oil still leaking all over . Took back in and said o-ring was bad. 3 times to fix something . I just want my back for the inconvenience. More
