Max got on the phone with me and instantly I knew she put me in the right hands and that she truly listened to me on the phone instead of just passing me along to the next available associate. From the first minute on the phone he was determined to turn my car leasing experience around and to assure me all my needs would be met. My needs were not only met, but far exceeded anything I expected. I had already test driven the vehicle at the other dealer so when I got to Transitowne to sign my lease with Max everything was ready for me. He was so organized that I spent 25 minutes in the dealership including the time he spent with me in the car making sure we went over everything. I couldn't thank him enough for the wonderful experience so all I said was that I would be back again for my next lease. More

Big Promises, poor execution. 2018 Ram Truck was delivered over a week after promised.
