Took much to long` I was there for my free oil change. I didn't make an appointment because I've always been told to just come in. Well this oil change took over 2 1/2 h I was there for my free oil change. I didn't make an appointment because I've always been told to just come in. Well this oil change took over 2 1/2 hours. (The person waiting in the waiting area said his took 3 hours!!!) Is this because it was for free because if it is, I will chose another dealership and pay the $15.00 for an oil change!!!! More
