Review of Jeep Compass purchase Dino was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and really understood my needs and wants. The only area of opportunity was the meeting Dino was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and really understood my needs and wants. The only area of opportunity was the meeting with the finance manager. There was a discrepancy in pricing presented to me at that time vs. what was agreed upon with Dino and his manager. The finance manager continued to tell me that I was wrong, but when I pushed him to call the manager, who had left for the day, he found out I was accurate and he was mistaken. I don't know whose fault it was and it all worked out in the end, but it wasn't a great feeling, as a customer, that I wasn't being heard. While finance isn't customer service or sales, there's an opportunity to train finance manager on how best to work with customers 😊 More
