Horrible service I bought a used dodge ram from them about a month ago. As soon as I got home the check engine light came on. Took it back to them and they replaced t I bought a used dodge ram from them about a month ago. As soon as I got home the check engine light came on. Took it back to them and they replaced th o2 sensor. I then noticed after driving it for a week it just didn't seem like it was running right. I took it to them and explained what I thought was wrong, which was the engine making a helicopter like sound and bogging down when pressing on the gas. they said they drove it and inspected it and it was fine stating "hemis make weird sounds". I then took it to my personal mechanic who discovered there were not only a few broken manifold bolts stuck in the head but also the head gasket was leaking. I took it back AGAIN for the third time in the three weeks I have owned it. Told them what my mechanic discovered and the service manager Ted became very defensive and told me that it was impossible for a head gasket to leak coolant. Which is a bold face lie. He was by far the worst person I dealt with and needs a serious evaluation of his people skills and customer service. After having it for an entire week They said they looked at it multiple times and couldn't find the leak that my mechanic found in 2 minutes and said us unmissable. I took it directly back to my mechanic had him lift it up and the leak is still there plain as day. This place is a joke, selling lemons and trying to cover it up. Go to basil, save yourself the aggregation. For the record Don was a nice guy who made making the purchase quick and easy and I believe he had no idea of the condition of the engine in the truck. More

Recieved a $400.00 bill from previous lease bank for a termination fee fo Turned in a lease vehicle at Transitowne to purchase another lease vehicle. Recieved a $400.00 bill from previous lease bank for a termination fee for not using them for the new lease. Transitowne was supposed to give us the option to reuse the bank again to avoid this fee but chose to use their bank instead. Although they claim the payment would be been cheaper through their bank (Ally) we were never shown any comparison. In the end, Transitowne management refused to help out with the bank fees. Buyers beware of hidden fees and rushed business to get the sale and you out the door. Would give this dealership a 0 rating. More

Horrible experience A little over a month ago I leased a Dodge Ram from Travis. Everything was going great until I took the truck home and it rained. The truck is leaking A little over a month ago I leased a Dodge Ram from Travis. Everything was going great until I took the truck home and it rained. The truck is leaking water inside and causing the carpet to become wet and the windows to steam up. My wife and I tried contacting Travis numerous times. We finally did and the truck was sent to the service department where it was supposedly fixed. The truck is still leaking and Travis isn't returning any phone calls. Once you sign the papers, it doesn't seem like he cares about his client's. More
