There were a few things that I know I will need done soon, but they didn't try to persuade me to get them done now, they told me I could wait a little bit longer and it wasn't necessary to get anything replaced right now. This is definitely not the case at other Lexus dealerships. It is definitely a good feeling to be able to trust the consultants' recommendations! More

Charging to install wiper blades????? I get my RX350 serviced here exclusively. The service coordinator is extremely helpful and goes out of her way for me. On my last visit for a routine I get my RX350 serviced here exclusively. The service coordinator is extremely helpful and goes out of her way for me. On my last visit for a routine service, the tech suggested new wiper blades. I said sure go ahead and put them on. When I got the bill, I was surprised to see a $25 fee for installation! If I had bought them at the parts dept., they would install them for nothing. I called to complain and was told that it was too late to get a refund. Why??? I am not happy! More
