Contacting you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received today, 7/13/26. I scheduled a oil change for 2:00 pm with the service department. Miserably. In the 2 1/2 hours it took to do an oil change, never once did anyone update me on why the service was taking abnormally long. I had to go back to ask another service advisor on my own. I was amazed at the shameless attitude of Alex W, who gave me a sales pitch, no apology but a sales pitch, before handing me my paperwork and it was evident he and Bryce B found the whole thing amusing. Guess that is what your customer base is for, the entertainment of the service staff. If this is how you prefer to have TVS represented, these two have hit it out of the park. If I did not have a "service" contract with TVS, I probably would not return. Do better, if not for your clients for your company. More

I made a recent trip to Treasure Valley Subaru in Nampa, Idaho. The care and service I received was exceptional! He listend to my concerns related to my wife's Subaru Forester and exceeded my expectations answering questions I had and getting my repair needs taken care of. While I was there, I visited the Parts Department for some parts I was in need of for a repair I wanted to perform myself. Again, exceptional service was provided by Dustin Shalz at the Parts Counter. He took the time to research what parts I would need and ensured I left with what I needed to complete the job without having to make multiple trips. These 2 gentlemen have earned my loyalty and business for as long as I'm a Subaru owner. Treasure Valley Subaru will be the place I will take my business, for life1 More

He was efficient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He somehow managed to make signing documents—usually the most boring part—actually kind of fun! I even declined the purchase celebration, but I truly appreciated the opportunity to meet Rob and other members of the staff. After submitting some basic info on the website, Tanner reached out immediately. I had a busy week so I received a few more messages before I had the time to call back. I did and he was super friendly, answered some questions, and made an appt for me to come in and look for a new Subaru and see about trading in my old one. I already knew pretty much what I wanted but had questions and needed people who knew more than me. I was so very lucky to get Teya as my sales lady extraordinaire. She is new, not to the car game but to the sales floor and did an amazing job at finding any answers she didn’t know, learning from her coworkers along the way and for me, her great personality and presence helped me feel comfortable and we even had some fun! We didn’t find what I was looking for that first day but I left feeling I knew even more of what I wanted and overall it was a great day. Later that evening I got a call from Brennan who offered to assist in finding me the right car and invited me back in the following day to look at another option. Luckily Teya was working that day as well so the 3 of us test drove my car, they answered questions, and we chatted along the way. Tina hooked me up with snacks, Suby was my emotional support car buying dog, the best! I believe I met both Jake and Sam, both were super friendly and helpful. Ok- full disclosure, did they upsell me? Yeah, they sure did, but not so much that I feel regret, I loooooooove my new car. So good for them. I had my financing all set but they wanted to beat what my credit union could do. The paperwork of buying a car sucks. I hate it. But this was best case scenario. I spent a lot of time with JP and he was awesome. He explained everything to me and gave me the information I needed to feel confident moving forward. Now finally, I needed to go back just a week later to refinance. My credit union was able to beat their deal, to everyone’s surprise so I wanted to cancel some additional policies and rearrange some numbers. Nate figured out how to accommodate my schedule to come in right away over the phone and I worked with Lloyd to get everything changed. He was super helpful, efficient, and made everything easy and fast. Needless to say, I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to more great service when I bring my car in to have the service team keep it in great shape. One more thing, the best thing, Teya worked some magic and got 2 new soobies for my dogs! Now my husband, myself, and my two pups all have our Subarus and we all love them very much. More

We have used the service department on several occasions and been very impressed with all of our experiences. We have used two different service writers, Ben and Rick and both were awesome.
