Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received from Trend Motors.... I made a "good faith refundable deposit" on a car I was considering and after finding something else, I've been gettin received from Trend Motors.... I made a "good faith refundable deposit" on a car I was considering and after finding something else, I've been getting the run around trying to get my deposit refunded for two weeks. My paperwork has been "misplaced" twice, and now apparently I am waiting for their backed up billing department to process the refund. Funny how it only took about 30 seconds to process the deposit, but it takes over two weeks to get it refunded. Buyer beware. My salesman was great, but this fiasco after the fact sure is not...... More
