I think the prices are average for the area, but I really appreciated the no pressure environment and it was the quickest turnaround time I've had buying a vehicle. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Anne in particular is personable, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to, which made the little bit of waiting time fly by. She made sure all my questions were answered, and I really liked that she took the time to bring me into the service department for quick intros - it's nice to meet the people I'll be seeing on the other side ahead of time! More

Pleasant and thorough. Truthful without unnecessary urgency We make a purchase of a used 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. We were in the market for this specific vehicle because of the cargo space for our three l We make a purchase of a used 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. We were in the market for this specific vehicle because of the cargo space for our three large dogs and their kennels (plus was time to upgrade from our old 2005 model). Anne McGinn was cheerful and helpful despite the terrible weather we were having that day, and treated us as valued customers even though we were buying a used vehicle. The vehicle was in beautiful condition despite the snow-ice and zero degree temps we were having at the time. She took the time to warm the vehicle up for us so we'd be comfortable and could take our time checking out all the amenities. We have only had the vehicle for a day so far, and we're still learning all the electronics, but it drives like a dream. Anne's parting words were to call her or come back if we had any further questions or needed help figuring how something worked and she would personally help us. I believe it was a genuine offer.
