When we arrived at the dealership to look at used mini-vans, Marty met us in the lot within a few minutes. He was very pleasant and was able to answer all our questions. In fact he answered most of our questions before we even asked them. He was very knowledgable and really seemed liked he genuinely wanted to see that were completely satisfied. The van we were interested in wasn't ready to be test driven yet since they had a little work left to do on it. We found another van up the road at another dealership we liked just as much but were diappointed by the way they treated us. Thankfully Marty called us while we were there and told us it was now ready. In the end we went back becasue they not only had the van we were looking for at the right price, but becasue they all (Chuck Straw sold us our first mini-van six years before) made us feel good about Tri-City Dodge. So if you're looking for a new or used car, please do yourself a favor and go talk to Marty or Chuck. Hopefully they'll still be there when it's time for us to buy another car, becasue they'll always our first stop. More

On my latest purchase (after I bought a vehicle from a competitor - talk about dumb on my part) Dennis and Phil Marino worked very hard to get me an unbelievable deal. I came home to tell my wife about the work that they did and the type of vehicle that I was purchasing and the trade deal that they had prepared and my wife, although not surprised, immediately agreed to purchase it. I say "not surprised" because Dennis and Phil have repeatedly gone out of their way to help us. Needless to say I plan on remaining a steadfast customer of Dennis'.
