Came in to see Bob, but he wasn't in. Jimmy introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help us out with. We told him we were looking to test drive a truck and possibly purchase it. We took the evening to think about it and went back the next day to see Bob and test drive a different truck. Bob was very helpful in explaining the rebates and trade-in allowance. My wife brought my truck in the next day for Bob to look over, since I had to work. We decided to purchase the NEW truck. Bob took the time to show us all the options our new truck has and also printed out a qoute of optional items we were talking about purchasing for the NEW truck so we could get an idea how much the parts cost. Wonderful experience. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our current vehicle and were seriously looking for something with enough power to tow our camper trailer. Marty was very professional and informative about the vehicle that we decided on. They met all our needs and even wrote the installation of a towing package into the finacing, along with a 3 yr warranty for our piece of mind on purchasing a used vehicle. The tow hitch was installed just a few days later and I was pleasantly surprised that it was installed professionally and was not a cheap knock trailer hitch. They installed original manufacturers parts. All-in-all we had a great experience and I would recommend Tri-City Dodge to anyone for their sales and service.
