Tri-City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I previously owned a 2008 Avenger, which was totaled in an accident. Brian and Dennis went far out of their way to get me into a 2011 Avenger. We were pleasantly surprised with Tri-City Dodge. We were treated with the outmost respect from the moment we drove on the lot. Dennis was not a typical "pushy sales guy". We also dealt with the Sales Manager Brian who was extremely friendly and down to earth. I believe Brian is new to Tri-City, so I hope the owners and/or management team know that they made a wise decision hiring him. He is knowledgeable and courteous. When I left the first day after Marty spent about 1.5 hours with me, Tri City nor Marty phoned me to push me into a sale. They actually must have thought, if she wants the van and is interested she'll be back. It was nice to not have a salesman right on top of me pushing me to purchase a vehicle right at that moment. The prices are very reasonable compared to other car dealers in the area. Well worth the trip to Tri-City Dodge, I believe you'll be very happy with their sales department! I rate them a 10+ for sales :-) More
