After searching several dealerships in the area for a new Dodge Grand Caravan, we located the vehicle we wanted online at Tri City Dodge in Somersworth NH. We knew it was near closing time, but Marty assured us that we could take our time and even had the sales manager run some preliminary numbers for us. They both stayed late just to accomodate us and we really appreciated that. We decided that evening that this was the place we wanted to buy our vehicle from. Everyone there was so friendly and accomodating to us and our children and made the process so easy. He was spot on. The interaction with the staff and the overall friendly atmosphere reminded me of dealers from many years ago. No pressure and honesty. If we asked a question and Chuck did not know the answer, he would find out. We used a financial institution here in Maine and your finance staff worked with our loan officer and made this experience very smooth. I would recommend to anyone to make the trip to Tri-City.
