I had to wait over 2 hours for a 1/2 hour’s piece of work! I just needed my snow tires switched to my seasonal. I get there was a backlog but there was no communication. I was left in a freezing cold waiting room with the AC cranked staring at my car just sitting in the parking lot. No one came in to check on me. When I went to pay, the price jumped $30 from the last time I had my tires switched out. I usually have no problem with Tri-City but with the delay and price increase is making me think otherwise More
