I have bought 3 new trucks from Tri City, all services done there as well. Brought my 2018 in because the transmission is acting up, service advisor Krystal said they couldn’t find anything wrong but will done there as well. Brought my 2018 in because the transmission is acting up, service advisor Krystal said they couldn’t find anything wrong but will sell me a cabin air filter, rotate the tires and change the transmission fluid for $650.00. Went back less than a month later Transmission getting worse, this time they think something may be wrong but won’t get the truck in the shop for 24 days, told not to worry since check engine light isn’t on. THE NEXT DAY 105 miles away from home, check engine light comes on, transmission acting worse and didn’t think I would even get home. Stopped at dealership, pleaded with Krystal to please get my truck in because I am afraid the transmission is going to blow up before they can get to it in 23 days. She says leave the truck and maybe if they have time someone can look at it. I only have one vehicle since I paid $64k for this one, this dealership has changed. I don’t feel like they really care in the service department, especially Krystal, she has the attitude that it’s a bother to request service on a vehicle. More
