Very disappointed with the server at this dealership I have been bring my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to this dealership since it was new which now the vehicle has 108,000 miles. I brought the Jeep in f I have been bring my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk to this dealership since it was new which now the vehicle has 108,000 miles. I brought the Jeep in for service in January of this year for a loud grinding noise coming from the brakes. I had since January brought it back '5' separate times for the same issue. Each time that I picked the vehicle up from the dealership and drove just down the road I had to turn around each time because the issue wasn't resolved. Each time I have picked up the vehicle I was notified by the service manager that everything looks good and there is no sound. I would turn around each time and have the service manager ride with me in the vehicle and every time it was stated that "I didn't hear that when I drove the car, it's not supposed to do that". I was then after the fifth time having it serviced that the Jeep is safe to drive though the brakes are not stopping the vehicle. More

I called ahead and they said no need to make an appointment just come in. the time was almost 30 overall the rating I gave was a 4 and here is why. I called ahead and they said no need to make an appointment just come in. the time was almost 30 min. before they got me in to service for the first oil change, then came back after 20 minutes and stated I needed to have my tires rotated at 5000 miles. but never mentioned anything about the re-call that was from the dealer stating that it would be taken care of during my first visit, (my fault for not mentioning as I had forgoten about the recall tillI got home). then I noticed that my next oil change noted on window sticker was for 3000 miles not the recommended 5000 miles as stated when I purchsed my new jeep. . it turned out to be a very expensive oil change that took over an hour. was hoping to better taken care of espcially after buying a new jeep from you. More

Bought used mini van in October - which came with 3 complimentary oil changes. Brought van in yesterday (no appt necessary). Not only did I get a free oil change, they also rotated the tires and replac complimentary oil changes. Brought van in yesterday (no appt necessary). Not only did I get a free oil change, they also rotated the tires and replaced the battery all for free! We do have a 90 day warranty - but both tire rotation and battery change was at their iniative! That's impressive customer service! More
