We bought a new car from Tri-City Ford and it was a wonderful experience. Even though the vehicle we purchased was a limited model, Tri-City Ford had the lowest purchase price of any similar model with wonderful experience. Even though the vehicle we purchased was a limited model, Tri-City Ford had the lowest purchase price of any similar model within a 300 mile radius (at least from what AutoTrader was tracking). The car was a 'dealer ordered' one that was due to arrive subsequent to my wife and I deciding we wanted it. We worked with Tri-City Ford salesman Kevin Mabe and he contacted me with updates almost daily until it was finally delivered. He answered every question we had and was extremely friendly and very patient. The open communication, ease of contacting him and trust he generated resulted in us being comfortable enough to wire a sizable down payment well prior to the vehicle actually arriving. When the vehicle was delivered, Kevin came in on his day off in order to facilitate the delivery. Picking up the car was extremely smooth and we arrived, completed the paperwork and departed in just over 30 minutes! I highly recommend working with Kevin Mabe and Tri-City Ford and (if my wife chooses a Ford) we'll drive pass the dozen or so other Ford dealers in route and return to Tri-City Ford and Kevin for our next vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would. I called about a car that my 15 year old daughter saw online and told them I wanted to buy it. The salesman told me they couldn't sell it until it went through the s car that my 15 year old daughter saw online and told them I wanted to buy it. The salesman told me they couldn't sell it until it went through the service department. I asked if I could put money down on it to hold it. He said they won't talk about the sale until it went through service. I kept in touch with him for an ENTIRE WEEK and they kept telling me it still hasn't gone through the service department. Finally, after waiting a week, I called and spoke with the sales manager. He ensured me the car was held for me and I had first dibs on it. I even offered to pay for it and have it shipped. Well today I got a call telling me they sold it and wanted to know if they could help me find something else! Are they serious??? I then was transferred to the GM and he asked if he could find something else for me because he's the one that sold the car!! This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. The GM needs fired!! Now I have a daughter that is upset! Don't buy from these unprofessional and dishonest people!!! I hope this post hurts their business and some honest dealership benefits from it! More

Best Overall Experience and Best Dealership Around! Cleve is the salesman to see and everyone else was amazing to work with as well! I checked around several dealerships for a 2019 Ford F150 XL STX supercab and wow this was the best deal beyond all other dealerships! The total processing time and out the door was extremely fast and efficient, better than a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with! I won't even consider buying from another dealer! TERRIBLE SERVICE PERIOD Made an appointment to have transmission looked at on a Monday called that evening to check on progress and was told they hadn’t had time to look at t Made an appointment to have transmission looked at on a Monday called that evening to check on progress and was told they hadn’t had time to look at the car because it was RAINING WOW.so day two called to check on progress and was told that the guy that does transmission work got stuck on one car and is behind and they still haven’t looked at my car ,I called the manager CHRIS COATES and explained what was going on as expected he said he would look into it the next morning first thing I got a called explaining what the problem might be BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PARTS and it WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD GET THEM WOW it took them three days to tell me that which I had an appointment from the start RUN I MEAN RUN IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY i was charged $140 for all that trouble and two quarts of transmission fluid. Hidden Gem in NC Harley is the salesman to see and Bryan is the manager to meet. We were in and out in about an hour, this place was able to get a better APR then all banks and credit unions were went to prior. It's worth the 1.5 hour drive from Raleigh, the long drive is worth this amazing place. The vehicles are clean and great priced, best deal I found for a Ford F150 with supercab. More

They bent my rim!!! Took the wifes car in to get new tires. They removed the lug nuts and dropped the tire from about 4-5 feet. The car did not have a vibration problem before we took in in. The machanic said that the tire fromed to the rim and thats why we dis not feal the vibration. The then said that she might have hit a metal plate in the road or curb checked really good. I called 5 different tire places and they said that that was bull! The rim does not show any scratches. I am now getting in contact with the BBB and Ford customer service in MI! Thanks Tri City Ford for costing me more money!!! More
