I purchased a pre owned certified 2019 Outback Touring last September. All four tires had defective valve stems and continually leaked air from the day I drove it off the lot. Also, the DCM data communica last September. All four tires had defective valve stems and continually leaked air from the day I drove it off the lot. Also, the DCM data communication module is defective resulting in two significant battery failures. Since the car only had 27,640 miles on it when I purchased it I was not told of any outstanding service notices or extended warranty that might apply to the vehicle even though I specifically asked for the information. I can say the vehicle is nice but going into an airport parking garage after a trip and having to get a jump to start the car after three hours is not what I would expect from a certified vehicle. More
Recently ran the "Lucky Triple Diamonds Game" campaign whose sole purpose was to deceive people into thinking they won a large cash prize, only for the person to show up and be told they instead only won whose sole purpose was to deceive people into thinking they won a large cash prize, only for the person to show up and be told they instead only won $5. Nothing but a sleight of hand marketing campaign to get unsuspecting people in the door to sell them a car nobody wants. If you can't trust a simple marketing campaign of theirs, why would you ever trust them with a significant financial decision like purchasing a car. If you're in the market for a car, you're much better off shopping elsewhere! More

Terrible, unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff. I brought my Subaru I had purchased from them in because a check engine light was on. I had checked the code reading before bringing it in and knew what was wrong with it, I told them when I dropped it off. They then proceeded to keep it for over a week, I called often and on the occasions that anyone picked up they didn’t have any updates. When they finally told me to come back in to pick it up they told me what was wrong with it, which was the same thing I had already told them the week prior, and then they try to charge me nearly $200 in a diagnostic fee. When I argued this they became very unprofessional and told me to never come back there again. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. More
