It is such a pleasure to take my Outback to Tri-City Subaru for all of it's servicing needs. It's always great to see Sue and Joey (they are wonderful!) and I know I can trust them to take good care of Subaru for all of it's servicing needs. It's always great to see Sue and Joey (they are wonderful!) and I know I can trust them to take good care of my car. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and on days I'm unable to wait for my car they have a van which takes me home and then comes back to pick me up and take me to the dealership when my car is ready. Talk about convenience! The best part about taking my car to Tri-City is knowing that when I'm driving my car it is safe and reliable and I have no worries. That is a great feeling! My 2002 Forester was only serviced at dealerships and Tri-City by far was the best! They went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule with loaners, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem at Tri-City by far was the best! In every instance Tri City has exceeded my expectations. This relationshir has procuced a dozen additional sales and I would not even consider another dealer or manufacturer. More

It is also very convenient to schedule a service appointment - and if you schedule an appointment and don't want to wait, they are great about letting you use a loaner car or giving you a ride somewhere. I highly recommend tri-city subaru if you are looking for excellent service. More
I needed some major work done on my car, and have had bad experiences in the past with other dealer service departments. Elsewhere in the past, I had been treated rudely, as if I was a stupid female, and the experiences in the past with other dealer service departments. I swore off dealerships years ago until I met Clyde and Tri-City. Not only was the service way above my expectations, their workmanship and mechanic were really superb. Clyde "went to bat for me" regarding an out-of-warranty problem and his effort saved me considerably; SOA paid for the work. In addition, my service records indicated I was being charged for work that was never performed (Valvoline Instant Oil Change of Portsmouth, NH). I can't say enough good things about Clyde and the dealership. They restored my faith in working with a dealership and highly recommend them for service and sales. This was a great experience -- the service was fast and courteous, and it cost much less than I had been quoted elsewhere. They found the problem right away -- at the fierst place I went, it took 3 visits courteous, and it cost much less than I had been quoted elsewhere. They go far beyond the call of duty. They are friendly, get to know you and make you feel welcome when you come in.
