The salesman that I purchased my vehicle from was excellent. However, I've been to the service department on two occasions since my purchase and have felt uncomfortable with the young woman at the d excellent. Overall satisfied with purchase of Forester, Touring. Noticed slight rattle on test drive which they said they tried to find. Removed license plate screws from glove compartment and said that worked. Purchased car but rattle still noticed upon driving distance. After several calls to sales now have service appointment scheduled for them to find source of rattle. Otherwise loving the drive and comfort of the car. Learning curve for all the computer functions! Salesman, Mike, did a good job going over basics at time of purchase. One suggestion: call from service to schedule appointment was made with personal phone so we did not recognize name and did not listen to vm. No loaner vehicles were available so I had to wait for several hours at the dealership while more work was done. This happened once previously where work was done and I had to bring the vehicle back, which is frustrating. More
