Great customer service and sales experience. Dean was a great sales rep to work with. Jade was also great to deal with, hard to negotiate with on price but that's the sales manager job. We did settle on a price that I considered to be acceptable. The truck I bought was in great shape for a used truck but it did have to have one part replaced (190.00), and the sales team took care of the cost. My wife is looking to purchase a vehicle next year and really likes the new Explorer, if she decides to go that route we will definitely good back to Tri-County Ford. More
