This dealership needs to work on their communication skills. I called several times to be sent to a phone number that went to a mailbox that was full. Trying to get a question answered or to talk to somebody was next to impossible. When I finally got an appointment made to get a recall done on my truck the technician that did the recall was fantastic however, it took more than a week to get an appointment, because I could never get anybody to answer their phone or where I could leave a message. The motto of this company is price sales cars. Service brings customers back. This is one customer that that statement may not bring back.

Our truck blew a high pressure radiator hose a thousand miles from home and after calling around, these guys were the only ones that said they could get it fixed that day or possibly the next. When we got there, not only did they have both parts that we needed in stock but the tech was very very nice and had us back on the road in about an hour. Everyone we spoke to was very kind. They could have easily told us that they were so backed up with other repairs like the other dealerships, but they didn't and for that we are forever thankful.
