We do not make deals on anything we purchase on the original visit-we did not receive any pressure to make a decision at that time. We discussed what additional items we would want on the vehicle if we did purchase it and the requests were satisfactorily addressed. We returned two days later, took the vehicle for a test drive, and purchased the vehicle. No high pressure from anyone involved in the dealings. Everyone was exceptionally nice and well informed. It was a great buying experience compared to some vehicle purchases we have made in the past! More

Stan was cool and calm and made the experience awesome. He was so knowkedable and handled every thing involved in the sale fantastically. Manny Rodriguez in Financing was awesome too. He was so efficient and got right down to business getting me the vehicle and deal I wanted. Harlan Logsdon was great as well when ending the sale and explaining things to me. The staff at Tri County Ford are the best of the best. The Dealership is also beautiful, new, clean and organized. I would recommend them to every one and they will be my Dealership for every thing from now on. Out of Country Visitor My husband & I had a wheel sensor message on our 2017 Explorer while travelling through Kentucky and made a late afternoon stop at the service centre. We are from Toronto, Canada so we were not hopeful that the problem would be resolved the same day. We explained our situation to the service centre at Tri-County Ford and they went out of their way to take a look at our Explorer immediately. Within an hour the service guys were able to assure us the problem was resolved and we were able to continue our trip without delay. It was a huge relief when you have a vehicle full of luggage and our so far from home. Exceptional service and support from Tri-County Ford. More
