AWESOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT Bo Gilkison went above and beyond in our experience of purchasing a new truck. My husband was in a wreck and had a serious concussion and wasn't able Bo Gilkison went above and beyond in our experience of purchasing a new truck. My husband was in a wreck and had a serious concussion and wasn't able to drive. We were ready to purchase a truck but we really didn't have any way to get it home and was on a strict timeline with a rental. Bo offered to come to our house 30 mins. away and pick us up and bring us back to the dealership to sign the papers and pick up the new truck. You don't see this kind of customer service much anymore. We really appreciate that he respected our time and got us in and out with no hassle. I explained to him that I had to be back for a Relay for Life meeting as County Chair and the dealership even gave me a donation :) He is A #1 in our book and the dealership has a great selection as well!
