So glad I went to Tri-County Ford for my beautiful new Flex. I contacted Tri-County Ford, about leasing a 2017 Ford Flex. They promised to check on available cars, and get back to me. I made an appointment, the dealership even called with a reminder, and they had all the paperwork waiting for me. My sales associate was Stan Grzebinski, and he was very knowledgeable about the Flex. He took me out for a test drive, answered all my questions, and worked out a deal both my husband and I felt comfortable with. What has happened to this place? They damaged my wheel in service, the service advisor was polite and worked with me to get it fixed. BAD service manager, advisor was more than polite and willing to work with me however. If it wasn't for Rob Truesdell I wouldn't be coming back. Lost a lot of faith in Tri County Ford's management.
