Reception doesn't know how to route telephone calls. I bought my new Lexus RCF one week ago. The sales associate gave a very quick technology overview because: 1) the sales process took so much time; 2) I bought my new Lexus RCF one week ago. The sales associate gave a very quick technology overview because: 1) the sales process took so much time; 2) the amount of technology is vast. When I called the dealership for some assistance they kept routing my calls to my sales associate instead of service. My sales associate never returned my 4 calls. I read online that every Lexus dealership has a technology specialist, but was told that Tri County Lexus did not have one. Eventually I asked for the service department and quickly and easily made an appointment to go over technology. This was done brilliantly by Kamil Calka, Diagnostic Specialist. He answered and explained all technology related questions very well and was well spoken and very pleasant to work with. He redeemed Tri County Lexus. I feel that I got off to a shaky beginning with Tri County Lexus and was regretting my brand choice. More
125,000 mile inspection Did you know your service department was run like THIS - Someone in the service department wrote "Dave said to only sell one product to this customer. It took a lot just to get her to come in for an inspection and she has been doing her oil changes at a gas station to save money". This was written on my service papers. I have a picture of the written note. Guess I won't be bringing my car there for service anymore or buy or lease a new car from this dealership anymore. I want the General Manager made aware of this as well. More

LIARS -- Worst Lexus Dealer in the Tri-State area These guys are the WORST!!! I went in to test drive a RX350 with Abe and got the pushiest, most dishonest sales experience of any dealer I've ever wal These guys are the WORST!!! I went in to test drive a RX350 with Abe and got the pushiest, most dishonest sales experience of any dealer I've ever walked into among the luxury brands. Abe started out as "the nice guy who's on your side" and I told him that I was in the beginnings of the car buying process and was looking to purchase sometime between October and the end of the year. I told him I was most interested in the RX350 F Sport in the Nebula Gray with Black interior with specific options. He made an attempt to find this car for me in his database since they didn't have it in stock to see if they could do a dealer trade for me. He then proceeded to tell me there were none available anywhere in the tri-state area and tried to sell me a demo in a diff color with a red interior which I specifically said I can't have due to my two dogs trashing previous light interiors. Lie #1: The very next dealer I went to said they could get my exact car through a dealer trade from a dealer in CT. The pricing was decent on the demo (so I thought until I got home and did some research on demos), so I entertained the idea and even test drove it at his insistence. Ultimately though, I didn't want a used vehicle I told him and he kept saying, "No, it's brand new. It's only got 2200 miles on it. It doesn't count as used until 10,000 miles." Are you freaking kidding me? As soon as you drive a car off the lot, it's used and hit with a depreciation of at least $3-4k which was not factored into his pricing. I also mentioned that I live half the time in Texas and may get an F Sport there instead since I'll be able to find the color combo and options I wanted. He said he would check for me to save me time on Houston's inventory and said that there are ONLY FWD F Sports in Texas because it's the south. MORE LIES. ALL F SPORTS ARE AWD. This guy really has no shame. Their customer lounge is by far the worst I've seen of the multiple Lexus dealers I checked out with no food and generally lacked cleanliness. Furthermore, their website said I would get an Amazon $25 Gift Card if I brought in a coupon and test drove a car, which I did. I asked Abe for this before I left and he said no prob he would send it by email. Guess what? No gift card sent. I sent an email to his manager, Jayda, asking him to resend and again no response. After being there for literally 3 hours, I was finally able to get out and think clearly and went to Ray Catena Lexus in White Plains. Immediately, I could see this dealer is the polar opposite of Tri-State. The sales people at Ray Catena were honest, professional, efficient (I was out of there in 1 hour) AND they got me EXACT car I wanted through a dealer trade AND got me a better price for a new car than on that used demo Abe was trying to push. Turns out Abe was lying again about my car not existing because he was too lazy to set up a dealer trade for me. Talk about lack of professionalism and tarnishing the Lexus brand. I will never step foot into this dealer again and will tell my friends and family to save themselves the head ache and go elsewhere. More
