I had a few last minute requests such as sharing the car service history, help selecting the right insurance, maintenance tips, etc. While my previous visit to other dealers they were not willing to share everything I asked for. Tri county lexus had nothing to keep from me, they even shared the amount for which they bought the car. They informed me about their profit margin in the process of sales. I was explained everything I wanted to know before I wanted to buy the car which I selected. There were dealers who said the price on the internet is not the actual amount since there is certification cost, etc. etc. I never heard about any hidden cost with this dealer. Totally to buy my dream car was a pleasant experience. I drove more tens of mils to this place and never regret the visit. The most important thing is the honesty and straight forward approach the sales team follows. More

My wife and I searched the internet and made trip to a New York car dealer and several local dealers. In the end, we realized tri-County Lexus listed the car we wanted and the price that was the lowest. So we decided to go there to take a look. 2. Final price. After we went there and tested the car we wanted, we quickly made decision to buy. The final price was reasonable and as we expected: the listing price + $1000 fee for the car preparation fee + standard document fee and title and sale tax, .Before we went, we heard it would charge $1000 additional fee from the website review. The fact is the price with additional $1000 was still competitive. That is the reason we are pleased with that price. 3. Alex, the salesman That day when we walked into the dealer's office, we met Alex, a young man full of smile. He was patient when responding to our questions and explained each of fees professionally. After we decided to buy, we found out the front bumper was scratched a little bit. He then talked to his boss and made arrangement for fix. Since it snowed heavily that afternoon and we were eager to go home, we even forgot to check accessories and ask for the user manual. When we came back a few days later for the body fix, he found our user manual and gave us an extra car remote control, which make us very pleased. 4. Assurance After we took the car back to home, my wife heard a little bit noise from dashboard. So we asked Alex for question and diagnosis. He made arrangement with service department and fixed the body scratch and checked the noise when we came back.. Additionally, he assured us Lexus coverage for the car components and noise related issues within the warranty period and told us to call him if anything happens in the future. He lets us feel total confidence with the purchase. Thus, we feel he is the one of best car salesmen we have ever met in the past 20 years. We highly recommend to others for his service and business. I originally went to a Lexus dealer closer to my house, but they couldn't get me the exact car I wanted. After waiting for 3 months, I called into Tri County Lexus and they said they could get me the car w but they couldn't get me the exact car I wanted. After waiting for 3 months, I called into Tri County Lexus and they said they could get me the car within a week. I wanted the IS 250 without the navigation to keep the cost down. My salesman Eric called me and told me he got one in with navigation in the white. I took a ride down anyway to see the car. After driving the car I waited for the salesman in the lobby. We sat down and discussed the numbers and it was just too high for me. As I was leaving the manager John thanked me for coming in and asked if there was anything he could to assist in purchasing the one they had in stock. I asked for them to do the same price as the base car. (Lol) He smiled at me and asked that I'd give him a chance to present a deal that would blow me away. He came back with a price I couldn't refuse so I bought it. He extended my lease for a few months which I was ok with and I paid 20 bucks more. Those guys really did right by me and I felt comfortable with them. Especially because the other dealer was charging me a lot more. Great place to buy a car More
I just bought my first Lexus from Jim Nicoletti. It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Yes, I just said "enjoyable". He took his time with me and answered all of my questions, which I didn't have many of after he thoroughly went over the vehicle with me. Ted Renka then helped me with the best financing options for me. The entire process was easy and relaxed. I picked up my new Lexus a few days ago and I love the vehicle. I just leased a car with Tri County Lexus IS 250 They gave me very good price. the service was very good too. My sales man was AB. I had a rental car when I got there and I had to return the rental car gave me very good price. the service was very good too. My sales man was AB. I had a rental car when I got there and I had to return the rental car back on the same day, so the sales man AB went with me to drop the car and he gave me a ride back to get my new IS 250, I really appreciate that. I washed my car for free there one time after the snow , but the washing was not that good. They left a lot of spots inside the car that had to be cleaned. I recommend this Lexus dealer. More

We had a few issues with our truck and Andrew the service manager was very helpful and understanding in getting all of our issues resolved an on a timely manner. He also send a driver to drop off and pick up our truck at our home during the snow storm. He is a good asset to Tri-County. His customer service has surpass above and beyond in making customer feels satisfied. I would recommend anyone to have their auto mobile service there. More
after dealing with abe I was completely blown away with his sincerity and professionalism. I would have given all #5 (great) if it had not been for my experience when picking up the car . But, as usual when dealing with the Ciasulli team mentality, the monthly payment was increased the day of pickup. This happened 3 times before..over the course of 18 years...2 other leased Lexus and 1 Camry. One time it was the GAP insurance was not included...this time the taxes weren't included for a $25 jump in monthly payments. All 4 times I was ready to walk out without taking the car and the finance guy always relented and stood by salesman's price. This is their shtick and I fully expected it this time and sure enough it happened. Too bad because everything else was great, price, Jean Paul and Ceasar. I actually went to Prestige Lexus several years ago to do my lease to see if this happened there too, it did not. My last lease was a BMW and it did not happen there either. You need to be firm or you will pay more than you need to. This really should be addressed as several people mentioned the same story to me and they now use Prestige instead. Tri-County is so close to my home that I don't care about this bait and switch because I wont give in and it all works out in the end. More
