It was very plasent experience with this place, specially with sale person Mr. Abe HIndi. I did got good deal with other places but because of Mr. Hindi I went to see what he has to offer me. Guess what I end up buying $50,000.00 Lexus ES 300 car that was not I throught or in my badget. Although it was Abe's first car sold since he started his position with Lexus, he did a great job in getting us a price and terms we would be happy with on a new IS350. This is the second car I leased t his position with Lexus, he did a great job in getting us a price and terms we would be happy with on a new IS350. This is the second car I leased thru Tri County. I found that thier customer service was at or above other luxury car dealers standards. Highly recommend them! More
This is my 4th Lexus purchased at Tri County Lexus, and the customer service keeps getting better in each visit, it makes me return time and again. This is the best dealership around you get treated with respect as soon as you walk in. There are no tricks or gimmicks when negotiating car prices. Orlando Perez is running a very customer oriented used car department. The salesman Justin was top notch even answering questions on his day off. I will keep coming back to Tri County Lexus and will continue sending all my friends and family to get their cars here. Tri County Lexus keep up the good work! More

We initially ran into some issues regarding the car were looking at and left with no real intention of going back. However, the sales manager (Orlando) was very proactive and wanted to ensure that we were happy customers and that our experiences were up to their standards. This was very refreshing as the dealer seemed genuinely concerned about the problems we experienced and wanted to address them. After that nearly 20 minute conversation with Orlando, our concerns were addressed and we'll will be returning to hopefully purchase a new car. More
This dealer is horrendous. This is the second time I have tried to buy a Lexus here as they are less than a mile from my home. The first time their price was not competitive and the sales staff was rud have tried to buy a Lexus here as they are less than a mile from my home. The first time their price was not competitive and the sales staff was rude and unprofessional. This time I visited the dealership at 11am on a Friday morning and was told by the receptionist that "the boss was at the dealership and all the salesmen were in a meeting until noon". What kind of moron pulls all of the salesmen off the floor on a Friday for the entire morning. Needless to say I left and bought the car at Lexus of Route 10 where I was treated royally and professionally. I will never visit this dealer again. More

They had posted a price for a Certified Pre Owned Lexus model at a special "Internet Price." I went there and i was told the price is higher than what it was listed for online. I told the sales manager tha model at a special "Internet Price." I went there and i was told the price is higher than what it was listed for online. I told the sales manager that this is misleading to consumers. There were damages on the car and the manager wasn't willing to negotiate the price. The manager informed me there is a price to pay(1, 700)for my car to be appraised should i choose to trade it in. I was also informed that i would be charged an additional $650 to have the new car detailed. I didnt underatand these additional fees, this is absurd. I should have known better this was the second time this year i went to Tri County and left disgusted. I went to another Lexus dealer 45min away and left with my car for a great price! No surprise fees. I would NOT recommend this place. The salesman was nice but the manager is a liar! More
THIS DEALER OPERATES WITH ALL THE BAD CONNOTATIONS OF A USED CAR DEALER!!!!! My mother has purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was looking to add another. She wanted to trade her current Lexus. USED CAR DEALER!!!!! My mother has purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was looking to add another. She wanted to trade her current Lexus. The dealer gave her a price net of trade they pledged would be $30k or less. I called the dealer to verify the price and they indicated they hope to do better than the $30k. I told the salesman, VERY clearly, that if I am going to drive 45 minutes to their dealership, they MUST be good on their word. They assured me they were. The next day the dealer failed to call me in the morning to arrange the day. We had hoped to complete the agreement, especially since it was my mothers birthday. When we finally spoke, we arranged to all meet. Again, I reiterated this needs to be real for me to make the drive & lose 2-3 hours of my Saturday on this transaction. I was ASSURED we were set. I arrived after my mother who told me the dealer was pitching her on a cheaper model that is unacceptable to her. They took quite awhile (20 minutes) in the managers office to finalize a price as we waited in the showroom. They sat down and proudly presented $39k+ or fully over $9k more than we had discussed. The breakdown on the cost of the car was higher than a basic deal offered by Lexus at any dealership and the trade price was the lowest of of several price offers we have received. For the life of me, I do not understand the point of dragging me to the dealer to draw such ire. Ofcourse, they then start down the road of "what will it take to do a deal?" To which my only choice, is "when h_ll freezes over, I think we will be going to Mercedes." So much for the classy Lexus experience! More
I leased a Lexus GS350 from Tri-County. My salesman was Lamont Garnes and the entire sales experience was great - from to test driving the vehicle to negotiating the lease terms. Finance was well-organized too - I was in and out quickly, no hidden fees of any sort. I honestly feel that Lamont went above and beyond not just to get the best deal for me, but also in providing great post-sale service. He was realistic up front about numbers and negotiating room; as an added bonus, he really knows the Lexus vehicles inside and out, not just from a specs perspective but from a real driver's perspective. If you ask him a question he can't answer, he'll get an answer for you asap. I sent my parents over to him and they concurred as well, ending up purchasing an ES from him. Plus, he's personable and has a sense of humor - not your typically grouchy, depressed, disheveled car salesman. Other dealers have said less than stellar things about Tri-County but I did not have that kind of experience. I found Lamont and the dealership to be patient, firm, but willing to negotiate - never felt compelled to do anything at any point. I'll definitely stay here if I consider another Lexus. More
