After seeing a vehicle online that fit my needs I called the dealership to scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle I saw. When I arrived I was greeted promptly but not overwhelmed. Brian S, the internet sales advisor introduced me to Carlos M. Carlos took the time to show me the vehicle, let me test drive it and after my inspection we sat down and discussed the pricing. The vehicle was available to me as advertised. We discussed the benefits of certifying the vehicle. I decided to go forward with that process. All the financing was arranged and the vehicle was prepared for my pick up. I was introduced to the service department and made to feel welcome. Due to my schedule I was not available to pick the vehicle up right away. Carlos went out of his way on a Saturday to delivery the vehicle to my home removing the burden of looking for a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car. The vehicle even had a full tank of gas when it arrived. I have received several follow up calls make sure I was happy with the vehicle. There is something about the service I received from Tri County Lexus that made me feel special. If that level of service continues, and I feel confident it will. They will be my choice again for my next vehicle More
My husband and I were looking for a Pre-Owned Lexus for our daughter, and we recently visited Tri-Country Lexus on Route 46 in Little Falls. We met with Orlando Perez, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and Justin, our Salesman, they were very friendly and informative while we were totally undecided on a vehicle and we really appreciated their patience and understanding during this process. We test drove several vehicles on the lot and finally landed on a Pre-Owned Lexus IS 250, which my husband and youngest daughter fell in love with. The Lexus was very clean and the pricing was on point! Our entire experience from start to finish was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Lexus (Pre-Owned or New), or for that matter any other Pre-Owned type vehicle. The stress of making such an important purchase was made so much easier by these fine gentlemen. Tri-County Lexus has a very wide selection of extremely clean, well maintained Pre-Owned certified vehicles. The new vehicle showroom we learned has a new supervisor in place, Mr. Rene Cruz, whom we met when we were in the new showroom awaiting our visit to the finance office. Mr. Cruz was very welcoming and made us feel extremely comfortable. I feel he and his staff went above and beyond in serving our needs. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with the entire staff at Tri-County Lexus and I hope you will visit them so they can service you in the same outstanding fashion in which we were treated. DO NOT GO HERE! They had posted a price for a Certified Pre Owned Lexus model at a special "Internet Price." I went there and found out the real price with shady additional fees to actually be $3,000-3,500 Pre Owned Lexus model at a special "Internet Price." I went there and found out the real price with shady additional fees to actually be $3,000-3,500 more. Also, they did not post on the website the car was actually a loaner. I told the sales manager that this is misleading to consumers and they should post the actual price online instead of posting a low number just to get people into the dealership and then raising the fee. They gave some BS excuse. The salesperson and manager were arrogant and made us feel like we were being difficult and that every Lexus dealership does the same thing. I went to another dealership 30mins away and they were honest and actually let me buy the car for the actual internet price. No extra surprise fees. I strongly would not recommend this place. Waste of my 2 hours. More
I had been searching for the right certified pre-owned Lexus for quite some time. My husband and I had traveled to Lexus dealers all over the place. After having so many unpleasant experiences at other dealerships, we had stopped car shopping for awhile. I am so happy I didn't loose hope and that I decided to go to Tri-County Lexus. I had such a great experience. This was the first time I actually enjoyed car shopping. Carlos was the salesman I dealt with and he was awesome! He was very knowledgable and helpful. He was honest and up front with me. Orlando the manager of the pre-owned department was also wonderful. They negotiated a fair price and were willing to deal. The detail department did a nice job detailing my car and the finance department was nice too. Overall, I love my new car and I am thrilled with the service I received from Tri-County Lexus. I would highly recommend going there! It was time well spent! More

Called about Lexus ES350 with clean carfax, at a low price and informed, “correct as advertised plus only tax tags, & license” but uncertified, which concerned me. The manager assured great car with 16 mos. warranty left and sometimes they do that to draw more people and move extra cars. Made appt., car was great and I’m ready to buy. Then, the bombshells—one after another. Bottom line---Over $3500 in dealer fees: 1. $995 Internet Fee, 2. $1495 Delivery Inspection, 3. $995 Dealer Prep Fee 4. $198 Etch 5. $360 DMV Fee . How Absurd! People aren’t stupid. Justin promised to call next day with new amount--never happened. After 5 calls and 3 days, Brian offered to help, but again, no callback because it’s a phony! Proof---1 week later---the car is still listed at the lower price on many sites with same disclaimer of “+ tax , tags and license.” Beware: The Spin Zone Starts Here! More

I did some research online about the RX and I liked what I was reading!! So, during my lunch break, I swung by Tri County Lexus to take a test drive. I was greeted by Justin. He was very professional. What I liked most about him, was the no pressure approach. I told him upfront that I was on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time. We test drove, went over features, he explained the certification warranty and even compared features of the RX vs the other three vehicles I was looking at. He followed up with me later that evening and we scheduled an appointment for me to come back in. The negotiating process was quick, easy and made sense!! His manager, Rene came over and thanked me for my business. These guys were aces!! Young, full of positive energy and made me feel comfortable!!! I would refer this dealership to anybody in the market for a certified Pre owned vehicle....... And ask for Justin & Rene. More
This guy (gunn park) made me drive over an hour to come see a vehicle that didn't even exist!! My cell phone was blowing up from the number of times he was calling. Buyer beware. My husband and I just bought a new ES300h from this dealership and we had a great experience! The sales man was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job showing us the car by explaining and going over all the functionalities of the car. He was able to answer all the questions we had and we felt he was very knowledgeable. We did not have any pressure that we had to buy their car. This is the kind of service that you would want when buying a car! We got a good deal on this car. However the fees were more than what we’d expected, but I guess they were standard motor vehicle and document fees. We definitely recommend this dealer and will refer friends to them. The car is very low in mileage and gas efficient. We love it! More

Giancarlo, one of the sales mangers, answered all of my questions, was very efficient and easy to work with and gave me a great deal on this SUV. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to when I drove off the lot with our new SUV. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if the other salespeople and employees are as good as mine were. More
This is why people dread the car buying process and hate getting new cars. This was not my first Lexus, it was going to be my 6th. I have always structured all of my leases the same way. Not a dollar out of pocket and everything rolled into the monthly payment. I told this to Connor (the salesman) three times and had him confirm it with his Manager Steve three times before giving him a deposit. Once I gave the deposit and the deal was done Connor asked me for the inceptions fees which he knew were to be rolled into the payment of some made up amount of $3,300. Of course I was livid because we went over the deal three times and three times I specifically said not a single dollar out of my pocket. They are thieves, liars and should never be trusted. Stay away from this dealer - BAD NEWS. More
