Ms. Khan, Yesterday I phoned American Express to have them take the needed recourse to get my $500.00 deposit returned / credited to my account, twice I spoke with your staff and was assured my deposit would be returned. As of yet it has not been done, another example on how your dealership operates. It makes me wonder how you stay in business with such an inadequate staff. I wish you you the best of luck if you are the one who ultimately takes the responsibility in overseeing this staff. I hope any bonuses or perks your attempting to earn are worth the aggravation.
