The combination of bait & switch advertised pricing, poor certification inspection, and negligent customer service should disqualify this dealership The combination of bait & switch advertised pricing, poor certification inspection, and negligent customer service should disqualify this dealership from your consideration. If i could return the car I would as I have never dealt with such incompetence when buying a car. The price advertised online is not the real price. Multiple issues with the car on day 1 that were ignored or not addressed in acceptable fashion so one should really doubt the veracity of their so called 1600 point certification inspection. The customer service to address the issues was basically non-existent. Last but not least it took 3 phone calls to actually get someone to do their job and simply mail my registration which I still don't have a month later. There is ZERO accountability from anyone at this dealership from GM to sales person to customer service. NO ONE does what they say they will do. The worst car buying experience in my life. You are fool to give them your business! More
