This dealership is absolutely terrible . After calling them over 6 times I’ve been getting hung up on every time. After requesting to speak to the supervisor or general manager I was told th After calling them over 6 times I’ve been getting hung up on every time. After requesting to speak to the supervisor or general manager I was told they wouldn’t pick up if I was to try to speak to them . After promising to fix the front bumper of my car, cleaning it , and fixing the amplifier and scheduling an appointment I waited over 8 hours just for nothing to get fixed . When contacting to reschedule again I have yet to succeed in finding an appointment because they refuse to respond. This is just unacceptable. To add on my temporary license plate expires in 2 days and they have yet to order my original plates. Which puts me at risk of receiving a ticket. To add onto that as well the dealership is an hour from my location making it very difficult to commute with 0 communication. More
