I own a Lexus RZ and Lexus TX. I reserved a car for Lexus RZ reservation program through this dealership's reservation program about 4 to 5 weeks ago and received a confirmation. Today, they called to tell me that the vehicle had actually been reserved by someone else before me, claiming Lexus made a mistake by allowing my reservation. I contacted Lexus customer support, and they told me the reservation program is managed by the dealership, not Lexus corporate. Meanwhile, the dealership blamed Lexus. Unfortunately, no one was willing to take responsibility. This has been a very disappointing experience. It has completely eroded my confidence in this dealership, and honestly, it has also made me reconsider purchasing a Lexus in the future. More
