Prestige and Arman wont play games like this joke (Tri County Lexus). The issue I have with Tri County is that I spoke to a Pamela and agreed to a price and she didn’t get back to me. Next day Ahmad gets on the phone and states the manager and agreed to the price and stated let me talk to the general manager for approval. He comes back with a higher price and a $10k non refundable deposit for this Incoming vehicle. I did get update and Ahmad said he will call me in 30min. Never received a call. The following day (don’t even recall his name (manager) gets on the phone and states that that he can do the price and $2k non refundable. U agree and requested the estimate in writing. Of course. No call or text Today. I am furious and asked for the so called manager. They said that he isn’t in and Michelle is at least conversing but making excuses. The issue I have is. They said they sold it this morning. I’m ok with that. But the way they handled it isn’t right. Michelle said even if they accept a $10k non refundable deposit. They will refund your deposit and take a higher bid if they receive it. They said you’re only making a “reservation”. This doesn’t sit well with me and i don’t think there’s integrity at this dealership is inline with Lexus’s values Finally I wait 45min to speak with a manager. This blows my mind. He stated that the prior people that I spoke to are all 3rd party contractors and they don’t directly work for the dealership or under him. This really blew my mind. Moral is. No one took responsibility and made it right. I highly recommend to stay away and visit Arman at Prestige for you Lexus needs. He will value you business and treat you right.
