It was a very unprofessional experience. I had an appt with Juana Jeffry but ended up with Jim M. He left my i.d. on his desk by mistake. We came back in and he took a picture of it without asking. I was asked if I was single twice by two people. I was asked if I got "hooked up" on my trip to Amsterdam. There were times when I had to call 5 times to get through to my salesperson. Either the call was dropped, not answered or nobody was available. My sales rep burdened me twice with a story about his health and being hospitalized. The finance man Mario was very bothered and curt when I asked questions. He was quick to say if I don't like it they won't sell me the car. Twice he was condescending stating "if I can read". I ended up walking out of his office. My salesperson was leaning into my personal space trying to adjust the steering wheel. He ignored my concern about the car color 3 times after the sale. The new car had 38 miles on it and crumbs under the mat. The floor mats were thrown in and not secured down. The window has some sort of sticky film on it that appears when it rains, and there is writing on the window. I was called a liar when I said my app says the color is terrane khaki m.m. and I ordered Nori Green. When I came to discuss it in person nobody greeted me friendly. The cargo mat is missing, and at first I was told I did not get one with that vehicle. Now it is on back order. This was the worst experience ever. The only decent person was Kelvin. More

I had very bad experience during service for my Lexus RX 350 2019. Tire pressure was not checked after tire rotation. There was nail in the tire as it was not checked during the service that reason it was 350 2019. Tire pressure was not checked after tire rotation. Again I had to visit service center next day of car service and I complained service agent (Alysa) who took care of my car service that why tire was not checked and she lied it was done and she denied to fix it and she asked me to replace the all tires. This was very clear that she was trying misguide and she was forcing me to change the tire instead of fixing it. This clear show her intension to create hassle for customer and just pay for something which was not needed immediately. I requested multiple times to service agent to take out the nail and fix it but she did not agree to fix. She was keep forcing to me change tire. I drove 22K mile totals. Finally unfortunately I visited local tire shop to take out the nail from the tire and it was fixed very easily for this I just 15$ More

I leased a 2022 IS a couple of months ago and I am in love with this car!!! I have owned several lexus’ and this is by far my favorite.
