I bought a used car on May 17 th. I reached out to various people various times... they were sick on vacation or whatever else and never called back. They showed me the car dirty making the million scratches invisible and with the white carpet protectors which covered the whole in the driver side carpet. No second key was ever located. Looks like the car was in an accident even though the carfax didn't reveal that. One of the tires looks like it needs to be replaced. Lastly I never received any of the documents I signed...I know it was late in the evening but it was kind of a xxxx show. No one knew how to work the machine to run my debit card for the deposit so they made a copy. The manager Carlos Inoa called me almost a week later to ask for the debit card info bc they apparently lost the copy. I addressed the issues with him and every since then haven't been able to contact him or anyone else. Every time I call they take a message and no one calls me back. I also submitted 2 customer service complaints online and still no one had called me back. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. More
Advertised price for used cars is not the real price, it is a tactic used to bring buyers to dealership. It was such a pleasant experience to have sales rep Melvin taking care of us, best experience SUV shopping thus far. Do not waste your time going here. Listed a used car for 39k. When we got there they jacked the price to 44k. I never had anyone speak so disrespectfully to customers and they literally have no filter when speaking to each other In front of customers. This place needs a new sales teams along with new managers. They blamed the online sales team for listing false prices and no one knows what they are doing in this dealership. The best part is that they promised us a spare key, all weather mats , and the manuals at a later date. When my father went to pick it up CHRIS CARDONA said “not even the president is going to help you get that.” And that was a manager. The sale person MATTHEW LEON is not returning phone calls and is full of excuses of. His promise for the mats, key and manuals are saved in text messages and will be sent to Lexus corporate, better business bureau, and a formal complaint will be made with the NJ Attorney General. I finally got in touch with JOHN ROSS who is another poor excuse for a manager in which he pretended to help for a day and then refused to answer phone calls and emails thereafter. Stay away for your own good especially from MATTHEW LEON, CHRIS CARDONA, and JOHN ROSS. I hope you read this review because my company’s corporate fleet along with any clients cars will not be purchased from Lexus from now on. Keep doing what your are doing and losing money by driving away customers. Keep up the great work. More

Jim listened to me and made what could be very stressful process quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy and with clear communication, no games final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). This is my 3rd Lexus purchased at Tri-County and it’s sales associates like Jim Nicoletti that keep me a loyal Lexus customer. I tired to buy a car here. Their internet sales team had contacted me about a car I inquired about and we organized a test drive the following day at lunch. That AM, they even called to reassure I was still coming. But I got there and the sales team at the site had NO idea who I was, and THE CAR WAS SOLD the day earlier. Complete waste of my time. I think I can happily say I will never use this dealership ever again. More
