I tired to buy a car here. Their internet sales team had contacted me about a car I inquired about and we organized a test drive the following day at lunch. The manager, after doing some calculations said that the correct price was really $8000 more and admitted that that was their usual practice, to post a lower price online. THIS IS VERY DISHONEST, AND DOWNRIGHT UNETHICAL, I went to another dealer the next day and got a better deal I got the vehicle for the price that was online and not a penny more, and a much better customer service experience. This dealership has a horrible service department. They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth lef They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth left on my 3 year old Michelin's tires WITH ONLY 17,000 MILES ON THEM. After that, I went to a regular tire store where I purchased these tires and they confirmed 6/32" tire tread left. I personally read the tire depth gauge when they were measuring them. Know your products and pricing BEFORE you go to Tri County for service ! More
