Jim listened to me and made what could be very stressful process quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy and with clear communication, no games final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). This is my 3rd Lexus purchased at Tri-County and it’s sales associates like Jim Nicoletti that keep me a loyal Lexus customer. I tired to buy a car here. Their internet sales team had contacted me about a car I inquired about and we organized a test drive the following day at lunch. That AM, they even called to reassure I was still coming. But I got there and the sales team at the site had NO idea who I was, and THE CAR WAS SOLD the day earlier. Complete waste of my time. I think I can happily say I will never use this dealership ever again. More
i was interested in purchasing a car, and on 2 occasion in a in one day I had to return home after initially being told that the vehicle that I saw on line was available, but a physical check proved otherw in a in one day I had to return home after initially being told that the vehicle that I saw on line was available, but a physical check proved otherwise, I was assured that 1 vehicle in particular was available ,After driving for over an hour in the rain and a experiencing poor customer service I was told that the price on the internet for the vehicle was NOT the ACTUAL price ,The internet price was just there and I should not go by that price. The manager, after doing some calculations said that the correct price was really $8000 more and admitted that that was their usual practice, to post a lower price online. THIS IS VERY DISHONEST, AND DOWNRIGHT UNETHICAL, I went to another dealer the next day and got a better deal I got the vehicle for the price that was online and not a penny more, and a much better customer service experience. This dealership has a horrible service department. They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth lef They tried to say that I needed a new set of tires and alignment for the bargain price of $1,400 !!!! They said that I only had 3/32" tread depth left on my 3 year old Michelin's tires WITH ONLY 17,000 MILES ON THEM. After that, I went to a regular tire store where I purchased these tires and they confirmed 6/32" tire tread left. I personally read the tire depth gauge when they were measuring them. Know your products and pricing BEFORE you go to Tri County for service ! More
I will call this car dealers scammers. They deceive you with their online prices, once you show up, they tell you something completely different. They wasted my time and energy when i drove there after speaking with someone on phone for a car with online price of about 33K. Once I was there i was told the actual car price is 44k and that he can bring the price down to 40k. Later he told me he has a car for 33k, I checked online and the listed price for that car was 25k. They waisted my time and they would not even listen to you, they get attitude when you refer them to their own online price. Dont be fooled by their online prices........ Stay away from them. I wish I had read their reviews before waisting my precious time on them. More
Came to buy out the car after the lease. A simple transaction. Waited two hours to get the itemized list of the residual value plus all the fees. After two hours got a piece of paper with a bunch of hand written numbers. 20 minutes later received the explanation for each. When I told them that I don't need the etched windows, the used cars manager started screaming at the salesperson telling him that: - you should control your customer - if he does not like our fees, he can go and call Lexus directly. He does not need to do it here.... All that next to me! Overall, it took 4 and a half hours to complete this basic transaction. More

I was very interested in a 2019 Honda Pilot at Tri-County Lexus. They drew me in for a test drive with a special "President's Day Special Price",.....$27,446.00! After finding out I wanted to pay cash and N Lexus. They drew me in for a test drive with a special "President's Day Special Price",.....$27,446.00! After finding out I wanted to pay cash and NOT finance the car,...out of the blue came a $3,500 surcharge! And that did not include the tags or the bloated DOC fee of $650! Big waste of time! More
Extremely unprofessional online sales team. I never inquired about a vehicle (I believe someone put my number in on accident) and I received a phone call which I advised the person on the phone it was inquired about a vehicle (I believe someone put my number in on accident) and I received a phone call which I advised the person on the phone it was the wrong number. Then I received a follow up text message from Internet Sales Manager Bonnett Miller-McKenzie regarding the inquiry. I responded back stating they had the wrong number again. I was then sent another follow up email inquiring if I was the person who sent in the inquiry stating the person who used my number. I then responded back stating AGAIN I wasn’t this person and to not contact me again regarding this inquiring. I was then send an extremely unprofessional response of “ WE GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” If I were higher management, I would revisit your “Internet Sale Manager” for customer service satisfaction as I would NEVER expect a manager to speak to a potentional customer in this manner. Good luck to any future customer if you have this person in charge. More
