Horrible customer service. Worst experience ever. I won't mention the sales representative by name because hopefully he can learn from this experience. He said that the Vehicle was on its way to the dealer within the next week and he offered to schedule for me to come for a test drive of a similar vehicle the next day because I live out of state. He said he would text me as soon as we got off the phone. I never received a message from him. I call 3 hours later to speak with him. I'm placed on hold for 5 minutes, he never answers the phone but the guy who originally placed me on hold comes back on the phone and knew what specific car I wanted and says "I don't know why that car was on the website, it HASNT BEEN ON THE LOT FOR SEVERAL DAYS". Which is it? Was it there or is it on its way there? Why couldn't the sale representative who I originally spoke to simply message me, or call me, or answer the phone and say that himself? I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I've had personally and it was very unprofessional. More
